Job summary

Young World Physical Education is hiring Title I Mathematics Tutors at Bellingham Memorial School for the 2026-2027 school year. This position involves providing small-group instruction in Mathematics to K-6 students and assessing their progress.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Mathematics at K-6 level in accordance with MA Curriculum Frameworks (preferred).
• Completed at least two years of study at an institution of higher education.
• Knowledge of Google Classroom and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide small-group and in-class instruction in Mathematics.
• Assess document, and instruct students according to diagnosed needs.
• Document student progress toward improving their MCAS performance.

Skills

Experience teaching Mathematics at K-6 level

Understanding of rubrics and standards-based units

Knowledge of Google Classroom

Understanding of Bridges program

Education

Completed at least two years of study at a higher education institution
