Job summary

Lennar Title is seeking an Escrow Closing Assistant to support review of commitments, orders for estoppels and payoffs, clear title requirements, and prepare CD settlement statements. This on-site role helps ensure homebuyers are satisfied and contributes to client marketing efforts.

The associate will maintain the lobby, greet guests, and handle calls with professional etiquette. The position emphasizes processing transactions from contract to closing, meeting deadlines, performing clerical

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reception and/or customer service training preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, loan, refinance and other transactions from contract execution to closing.
• Spot potential closing issues and resolve them timely and professionally.
• Prioritize and meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Perform assigned clerical duties.
• Regularly monitor office supplies and order needed supplies.
• Maintain the log books.
• Printer and copier administration and maintenance.
• Mailing, postage and distribution of mail.

This Escrow Closing Assistant (on-site) assists in reviewing commitments, ordering estoppels, pay offs, clearing title requirements, and preparing CD settlement statements. This associate will ensures our homebuyers are satisfied with our service and develop/participate in marketing to attract and retain clients. Escrow Closing Assistants maintain and organize the office lobby, while courteously, cheerfully, and professionally welcome all guests. Answers and assists incoming telephone callers with polished telephone etiquette. Creates a positive image of Lennar Title.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
