Lennar Title is seeking an Escrow Closing Assistant to join our on-site team in California. You will review commitments, order estoppels and pay offs, clear title requirements, and prepare CD settlement statements to ensure buyers are satisfied with our service.

This role involves welcoming guests, handling phones with professional etiquette, and helping maintain a positive office environment while supporting the marketing efforts to attract and retain clients.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reception and/or customer service training preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Process cash, loan, refinance and other escrow transactions from contract execution to closing.
• Spot potential closing issues and resolve them timely and professionally.
• Prioritize and meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Perform assigned clerical duties.
• Regularly monitor office supplies and order needed supplies.
• Maintain the log books.
• Printer and copier administration and maintenance.
• Mailing, postage and distribution of mail.

Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future This Escrow Closing Assistant (on-site) assists in reviewing commitments, ordering estoppels, pay offs, clearing title requirements, and preparing CD settlement statements. This associate will ensures our homebuyers are satisfied with our service and develop/participate in marketing to attract and retain clients. Escrow Closing Assistants maintain and organize the office lobby, while courteously, cheerfully, and professionally welcome all guests. Answers and assists incoming telephone callers with polished telephone etiquette. Creates a positive image of Lennar Title.

Your Responsibilities On The Team

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits: We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $20.34 - $26, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
