The Lia Honda Albany is seeking a Title Clerk to join our team in Albany, NY. This role handles retail deal billing, DMV paperwork, and plate/ MV50 bookkeeping with accuracy and speed.

Compensation ranges from $22 to $30 per hour depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental and vision, 401K with employer match, PTO, weekly pay, life insurance, and employee vehicle purchase plans. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Organized and ambitious self-starter.
• Dealership procedures knowledge is helpful; training available.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional appearance & excellent verbal/written communication.
• Must have clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Bill out and process all retail deals.
• Process all DMV paperwork within 5 days of vehicle sale.
• Maintain MV50 books.
• Maintain plate logs.
• Ensure police books are accurate and filled out completely.
• Process in transit permits.
• Any other duties assigned by the manager.
