What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Facilitate customer requests via email, fax, and telephone while managing incoming correspondence
  • Manage a variety of inventory reports and update existing inventory in company and client operating systems
  • Maintain and develop client and attorney-closing relationships
  • Monitor processes and resolve issues to keep workflow on track, reporting issues to management as needed
  • Coordinate and confirm title clearance with title providers and escalate complex title issues to supervisors
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an escrow/title or curative lender role
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient MS Office skill set
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task

  • Experience in title production support services and settlement services preparation
  • Familiarity with company and/or client operating systems
