Responsibilities
  • Facilitate customer requests via email, fax, telephone, and manage incoming correspondence
  • Manage a variety of inventory reports and update existing inventory in company/client operating systems
  • Maintain and develop client/attorney-closing relationships
  • Monitor processes and resolve issues to keep workflows on track, reporting issues to management
  • Coordinate and confirm title clearance with title providers
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an escrow/title or curative lender role
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with client operating systems related to title and escrow processes
  • Familiarity with title clearance processes and foreclosure sale deeds
  • Additional certifications related to title services or escrow management
