Job summary

General RV Center is seeking an Office Associate to support license and title processing for RV sales. You will review titles, prepare and file paperwork, and coordinate with lenders to ensure timely funding. A strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency is required.

The role calls for prior RV/Automotive/Powersports title experience, solid office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team setting. Excellent communication and a professional appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior title work within the RV, Automotive or Powersports industries is required.
• Prior office experience is required.
• Experience with processing out of state deals is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced office in a team setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently.
• Reliable work ethic and professional appearance required.

Responsibilities

• Processes licensing and title work for each unit sold.
• Reviews titles for accuracy and completeness.
• Processes paperwork promptly.
• Submits lien payoffs to corporate for processing.
• Completes funding packets and sends to lenders.
• Tracks funding to ensure timely receipt.
• Post deals and update commissions.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Processes all licensing and title work for each unit/RV sold.
• Review titles for accuracy and completeness.
• Process paperwork on a timely basis.
• Submit lien payoffs to corporate office to be processed.
• Complete funding packets and send to lenders.
• Track funding to ensure it is received from lenders in a timely manner.
• Post deals and update commissions.
• Other duties as requested by management.
