• Processing Vehicle Sales: Handling all paperwork for new and used vehicle registrations.
• Document Preparation: Preparing tax and title documents necessary for vehicle transactions.
• Legal Compliance: Submitting legal transfer documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
• Verification of Funds: Ensuring that all funds are collected and that the correct lienholder is paid off before processing title applications.
• Error Checking: Verifying the accuracy of applications and ensuring all information is complete.
• Customer Interaction: Assisting customers with inquiries about the title process and providing necessary information.
