You will train and coach staff, hire when needed, and ensure high-quality work while meeting contracted service levels. Swing shift and potential overtime are part of the schedule.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
