You will interpret and prepare title proposals, participate in due diligence and business development, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to prepare title documents. Travel to client sites is occasional.

Qualificações

• Experience overseeing land projects in terms of time, resources and cost.
• Proficient in preparing title-related documents and contracts.
• Knowledge of title research processes and curative measures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide project manager oversight for title projects.
• Interpret and prepare title-related proposals.

• Review Title Commitments and title work for accuracy.
• Attend client meetings with consultants.
