Overview
A Look Into Working for the Front Office

From valet to concierge, as a front office team member, you'll handle guest interactions with a professional and high end customer-centric approach, ensuring seamless service and satisfaction. Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing

May include, but not limited to:

  • Drive company shuttle and maintain vehicle cleanliness
  • Valet guest vehicles while following safety procedures, applicable laws and ordinances
  • Escort guests to their destination
  • Deliver packages, amenities, luggage, bell carts etc. to guest rooms
  • Keep track of shuttle log and plan departure and arrival times accordingly
  • Professionally and effectively communicate with guests via email and phone
  • Greet guests and open doors as they enter and exit the hotel
  • Assist guests with removing luggage from their vehicles
  • Strong analytical and navigation skills
  • Coordinate multiple pick-ups and drop-offs on a schedule under continuously changing circumstances
  • Deep cleaning and maintenance of shuttles, bellcars, bellstand and hotel main entrance space
  • Deep cleaning of Circle Drive and exterior of hotel main entrance
  • Documentation of of shuttle conditions and safety inspections
  • Keeping Inventory and ordering supplies needed for bellstand
  • Assisting Housekeeping, SLP and other departments as needed
  • Plan events and needs of bellstand
  • Observe potential issues with solution and/or alert appropriate personnel for solution
  • Build positive relationship with guests and find new ways to create exemplary guest experiences
  • Implement operating procedures and standards
  • Move between tasks and roles with ease
  • Balance and have knowledge of all units of the front office team, outlets, hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
  • Respond to guests’ concerns and complaints with empathy while upholding policy
  • Contribute to an energetic and positive work environment
  • Good stewardship of organization time and resources
  • Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
  • Ambassador for Radisson and GHG standards
Qualifications
What You Need for this Position
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Must be able to provide clean DMV driving record for consideration
  • High integrity and motivation to work independently
  • Highly observant to details and organization
  • Sufficient manual dexterity in hands to be able to load and unload luggage
  • Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
  • Able to stoop and bend
  • Ability to run, move up and down stairs
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
