Job description

Job Objective:
Increase student achievement through the use of high payoff instructional strategies in Math and ELA, connected to the CHUH core. Implement and monitor the Federal Title 1 program requirements.

Job Functions:

• Works directly with students to provide intervention and enrichment in Math and/or ELA
• Works collaboratively with teachers in the TBT process to plan for successful Tier 1 instruction for all students
• Attends Title 1 Lead district meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years ofsuccessful teaching experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience using technology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a multicultural setting
• Elementary Certification
