Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Quality Inspection Technician to join a leading medical device manufacturing team in Irvine, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company focused on innovative, life-saving technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed visual inspections of tissue components to identify defects or contamination
Perform cleaning and rework of materials by removing particulates, or fibers
Utilize inspection tools and microscopes to examine and clean tissues
Handle biological materials using scissors, forceps, and other precision tools
Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO quality standards at all times
Enter inspection data into Excel logs and maintain accurate documentation
Follow cleanroom protocols, including proper gowning procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering
Adhere to all safety and cleanroom requirements
Maintain high standards for quality and consistency in product evaluation
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing, tissue processing, or inspection preferred
Strong attention to detail and microscope experience required
