Job summary

LifeNet Health in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Processing Technician Dermis to perform all aspects of tissue processing, preservation and storage in an FDA-regulated setting. You will work in a team under aseptic conditions, executing documented procedures and maintaining quality records.

These roles require adherence to safety protocols, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to work Saturday through Monday, 5:45 PM to 6:30 AM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• No prior work experience is required, but relevant experience is preferred.
• CTBS certification or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform tissue processing, debridement, dissection, cutting, cleaning and disinfection.
• Package and preserve tissue products per current procedures.
• Document processes and data in required systems.
• Maintain aseptic conditions and support quality improvements.
