Qualifications

• Experience in cell culture and tissue culture techniques.
• Hands-on cell isolation methods from tissues or organs.
• Knowledge of preservation techniques including cryopreservation.
• Familiarity with gene and protein expression analysis workflows.
• Molecular biology, cell biology and tissue engineering foundations.

Responsibilities

• Handle primary cells and established cell lines using standard techniques.
• Perform cell culture and tissue culture with sterility and precision.
• Preserve cells and tissues for long-term viability.
• Conduct experiments on gene and protein expression analysis.
• Collaborate to design and optimize protocols for projects.
• Document procedures and results in lab notebooks and systems.
• Stay current with tissue engineering and related fields.
• Troubleshoot experiments and improve lab workflows.
• Contribute to developing innovative tissue engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Communicate results and participate in scientific discussions.
• Prepare presentations of research data as needed.
