Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is hiring for a warehouse role in Myerstown, PA.

The position involves loading, unloading, and stocking tires and auto parts in a fast-paced environment, operating a forklift or picker, and assisting with inventory control. Schedules are Monday-Friday with potential overtime; expect physical work and safety-focused duties. Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with weekly pay and benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
• Ability to exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds with barrels and industrial tires
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment
• Abide by all safety policies and regulations
• Ability to pass forklift certification
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Pre-employment drug test (no THC)

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical help for tires
• Push up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or tires
• Work at heights up to 25 feet and operate equipment safely
• Maintain safety policies and procedures
• Assist other departments as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
