Job summary

RNR Tire Express Midwest is seeking a Tire Technician to deliver best-in-class service, install merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe shop environment. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided and opportunities for advancement are available.

The role emphasizes attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn, with supportive training, certification paths, and competitive pay with monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• We Hire for attitude and train for skills. Our on-the-job training program means previous experience is not required!
• Background and/or training in the automotive or wheel and tire industry can be helpful but is not required.
• We do offer top pay considerations for 3rd party certifications (example: Hunter ASE certification)
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that complies with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Practice organized, efficient, and courteous service and installation of merchandise to customers.
• Place product supply orders and control parts spending.
• Check-in, label, and organize new merchandise and equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean shop environment.
• Assist our store/shop managers in daily activities as needed.
