Job summary

RNR Tire Express in Florence, SC is seeking a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, and install tires and wheels, and assist with inventory.

The position offers an hourly wage of $16.00–$23.00 with bonuses, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, a 401(k) match, paid holidays, and other plans; we are closed on Sundays and have future growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving history.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physical ability to perform typical duties of the role.
• Experience as tire technician or automotive tech is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires and wheels with balancing equipment.
• Help oversee shop activity, ensure safety guidelines, and complete paperwork.
• Maintain inventory, organize stock, label merchandise, and keep tools in good condition.
