The position offers non-flat-rate pay, typical hourly wages of $16.00 to $23.00 with bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Sundays are closed. Training and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license is required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physical ability to perform typical tasks in this role.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires and wheels using balancing machines.
• Oversee shop activity, ensure safety guidelines are followed, and complete paperwork.
• Maintain inventory, organize merchandise, and keep tools and equipment in good condition.
