Job summary

Take Ten Tire & Service Shawnee, OK is seeking a hands-on Tire Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking and shipping, in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain accurate inventory, supervise the team, assist customers with orders and payments, operate forklifts and related equipment, conduct cycle counts, and ensure safety and efficiency while meeting daily fulfillment goals. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in tire distribution or an automotive environment.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Computer skills (inventory systems, scanners, or Microsoft Office experience required).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping.
• Provide direction and support to warehouse team members.
• Assist customers with orders, sales, and payments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and complete cycle counts.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and tire-handling equipment.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper lifting techniques are followed.
• Monitor workflow and help meet daily order fulfillment goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
• Communicate staffing, inventory, equipment, and operational needs to leadership.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
