Job summary

K&M TIRE in Aurora, OH is seeking a Warehouse Employee to unload and load trucks and to assist with picking, putting away tires and products. You will operate equipment daily to verify, pull, and stock items, keeping designated locations organized with proper tagging.

Maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment and support the Warehouse Manager and team. Training new employees and learning MaddenCo are also part of growth opportunities in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication and idea expression.
• Willingness to learn tire knowledge.
• Friendly, helpful attitude.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds; 50 pounds on a continuous basis.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Operate forklift, tire cart, pallet jack and order picker safely.
• Learn and use scanning devices to confirm tire shipments.
• Work in non-climate-controlled environment with extremes in winter/summer.

Responsibilities

• Unload semi-trailers and assist loaders for trucks.
• Use equipment daily to verify, pull, and put away tires/products.
• Store tires/products in designated locations with proper tagging.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and support company goals.
• Assist in training new warehouse employees (level III).
• Learn MaddenCo and participate in multi-warehouse transfers (level III).
• Support Amazon/Walmart pulling, picking and shipping (levels II).
• Receive loads via product number verification and check-in (levels II).
• Assist in loading all route trucks (levels II).
