Les Schwab Tire Centers in the United States is seeking a Sales & Service associate to handle tire installation, maintenance and sales, delivering outstanding customer service and adhering to company policies and the Code of Conduct.

The role includes operating and maintaining shop equipment, assisting colleagues, test driving vehicles, and providing service both in-store and on-site as needed. Les Schwab offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing

Responsabilités

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees

• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
