Tire Technician - West Seattle #425

Job Description:
Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
  2. Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
  3. Attaching and rebalancing wheels
  4. Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
  5. Washing tires and wheels
  6. Testing and installing batteries
  7. Using and maintaining equipment
  8. Assisting other employees
  9. Test driving vehicles
  10. Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
  11. Providing excellent customer service
  12. Promoting store sales
  13. Using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
Experience:

Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the-job training.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills; ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $28.00
