Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians at our Midlothian, VA area centers. Eligible candidates will receive paid training and can earn guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, totaling up to $800, in addition to a negotiable base hourly rate.

We value reliability, punctuality and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the United States, and able to work five days a week.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Reliability and teamwork are valued.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs).
• Support customers with quick, safe service and adhere to company processes.
• Earn incentives through weekly bonus payments on top of base pay.
