Mavis is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians in the Richmond, VA area. This full-time role offers paid training and a guaranteed, generous weekly bonus program that can total up to $800 during the introductory period, on top of a negotiable base hourly rate.

No prior experience is required; you’ll be trained to use our proven processes and join a fast-paced, safety-conscious team at state-of-the-art centers. Eligible for growth within a nationwide tire retail network.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs).
