Mavis Tire in Sarasota, FL is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians for full-time roles with paid training. Starting base pay is negotiable, plus guaranteed weekly bonuses up to $800 during introductory period.

No experience required; you’ll learn through paid training and join a team that values reliability, teamwork, and fast-paced service. You must be able to work 5 days weekly and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, repairs).
• Provide safe, high-quality automotive service and accurate workmanship.
• Follow established Mavis processes and contribute to customer satisfaction.
