Mavis Tire is seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Tampa, FL area. No experience is required and you’ll receive paid training along with a base hourly wage that is negotiable.

Eligible technicians also receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, totaling up to $800, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth. You’ll rotate through tire services, rotations, balancing and repairs in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Willing to learn tire service processes and safety procedures.
• Able to work 5 days per week; 18+; authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and perform tire services such as rotations and balancing.
• Ensure customer safety and quality service in a fast-paced shop.
