Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Twin Falls, ID, is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales, delivering friendly customer service and working in accordance with company policies and the Code of Conduct.

You will install and maintain tires and wheels, balance and rotate tires, service TPMS, and assist other staff while supporting store sales.

On-the-job training is provided; valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintaining equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels;
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires;
• attaching and rebalancing wheels;
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS;
• washing tires and wheels;
• testing and installing batteries;
• using and maintenance of equipment;
• assisting other employees;
• test driving vehicles;
• and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.

Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience

Pay and Benefits

• $14.85 - $24.50
