Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance, and sales. You’ll provide strong customer service, perform tire-related repairs, rotations, and TPMS work while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include on-site tire and wheel services, offsite road service, and driving company vehicles. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth in a large western U.S. tire network.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience:

Pay and Benefits:

$14.85 - $24.50 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
