Belle Tire in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Tire Technician who will perform installation, maintenance, repairs, and rotations to keep customers safely on the road. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop focused on safety and quality, with opportunities to grow through ASE training and certifications.

Responsibilities include mounting, dismounting, balancing tires, inspecting wheels, explaining options to customers, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude; able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
