Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Livingston, MT is seeking a Sales & Service associate to perform tire installation, maintenance and sales while delivering exceptional customer service. You will install, repair, rotate and rebalance tires and wheels, calibrate TPMS, and handle battery testing and replacements as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintenance of equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise.
