Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance, and sales with strong customer service expectations. The position requires physical endurance to lift heavy items and operate in a fast-paced environment, with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities include tire installation, maintenance tasks, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and assisting other staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Prolonged standing, bending, kneeling and squatting are expected.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate and inflate tires; rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS sensors and related tech.
• Perform battery tests and installations.
• Support other team members and assist with offsite road service as needed.
