Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales. The role emphasizes customer service, tire and wheel work, and following company procedures and the Code of Conduct.

The position supports in-store sales and service, with opportunities for growth and internal promotion. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining tires, rotating and inflating tires, and servicing TPMS systems.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels; install/relearn/calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels; test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience
