Discount Tire in Exton, PA is hiring a Part-Time Tire Technician to join our people-first team. You will help customers by installing, rotating, balancing, and repairing tires, while maintaining safety and quality service on the sales floor without desk work.

You’ll work hands-on with teammates, grow your skills through on-the-job training, and contribute to a culture that promotes from within and values community and service.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Preferred: Driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior tire shop experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires and wheels.
• Provide a safe, inviting customer experience and assistance.
• Learn on-the-job with hands-on training and development.
