Job summary

Discount Tire is seeking a Part-Time Tire Technician to join our store team. You will help install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires while ensuring a safe and efficient customer experience. This role forms the backbone of our day-to-day store operations and supports a promote-from-within culture.

You will work with a team, learning hands-on and advancing through on-the-job training. Applicants should be prepared for physical work and be ready to provide exceptional service to customers

Qualifications

• Preferred: Driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strength: ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Automotive enthusiasm: It’s a plus but not required (we will train you)

Responsibilities

• Busting tires: Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires and wheels.
• Delighting customers: Provide an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience.
• Growing: Learn by doing with hands-on, on-the-job training and development
