Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, delivering outstanding customer service in line with company policies.

The role involves tire installation, rotation, TPMS calibration, battery tests, and offsite road service support, with opportunities for training and internal promotion. Competitive pay and benefits are provided according to location.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels and TPMS calibration.
• Wash tires and wheels; test batteries.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
• Assist other employees as needed.

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
