Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will install and maintain tires and wheels, repair or rotate tires, rebalance wheels, calibrate TPMS, and ensure safety and cleanliness.

You will deliver excellent customer service and promote the store''s sales initiatives. Pay starts at range indicated, with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting 35–75 pounds and regular bending, twisting, kneeling and standing allowed.
• Physical stamina to perform tire installation and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repair, rotate, inflate tires; TPMS calibration; wheel rebalance and testing.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.
