Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians in the Baltimore, MD area. No experience is needed, as paid training is provided, and you can earn weekly incentives that pay up to $800 during the introductory period. You’ll join a large national network and help keep customers on the road.

You’ll receive hands-on training in tire installation, rotation, balancing, and other services, with opportunities for career growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be available to work 5 days per week.
• No prior automotive experience required.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform flat repairs and other tire services.
• Follow safety and service procedures.
• Meet customer-delivered time commitments.
