Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians in the Baltimore, MD area. This full-time role offers hands-on training with wage earnings and a weekly incentive program designed to boost pay during the introductory period.

No automotive experience is required. You’ll learn by doing, join a large national network, and contribute to a fast-paced service team focused on safety and reliability for customers.

Qualifications

• No prior automotive experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform flat repairs and other tire services.
• Follow safety and service procedures.
• Meet customer-promised delivery times.
• Provide high-quality service as part of a fast-paced team.
