Mavis Tires & Brakes in the Woburn area is seeking Automotive Tire Technicians to join our team. The position offers a base hourly rate (negotiable) plus generous weekly bonuses up to $800 during the introductory period, with paid training provided.

No experience is required; you’ll learn through our comprehensive training program and work in a fast-paced, safety‑focused environment delivering high‑quality tire services and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
• Maintain safe, high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while following process and safety standards.
