Mavis Tires & Brakes in the Cambridge, MA area is seeking Automotive Tire Technicians to join our team. The role offers a base hourly rate negotiable plus guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, up to $800.

We provide paid training to teach our proven processes, with an emphasis on safety, efficiency and customer service. Applicants must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to work five days a week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work 5 days per week.
• No experience is required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
• Provide high‑quality automotive service while meeting customer delivery times.
• Learn and apply company processes during paid training and ongoing coaching.
