Weekly bonuses can total up to $800 during the introductory period, alongside a guaranteed hourly rate and opportunities for growth. As part of the Mavis family, you'll learn hands-on automotive skills while supporting fast-paced tire service and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be available to work 5 days per week.
• No prior automotive experience required.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace tires and wheels.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform flat repairs and other tire services.
• Follow established safety and service procedures.
• Help meet customer‑promised delivery times.
• Provide high‑quality automotive service as part of a fast‑paced team.
