Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians in Pine Brook, NJ area. Full-time, no experience required; we provide paid training and a guaranteed weekly bonus that can total up to $800 during the introductory period.

You’ll join a large national service organization and receive hands-on training while learning essential automotive skills and earning additional compensation through a weekly incentive program.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be available to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform flat repairs and other tire services.
• Follow established safety and service procedures.
• Help meet customer-promised delivery times.
• Provide high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team.
