Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians for our Germantown, MD service centers. No automotive experience is required—we provide paid training to get you started.

In addition to hourly pay, eligible Technicians can earn weekly incentive bonuses totaling up to $800 during the introductory period, with ongoing opportunities for advancement within the nation’s largest automotive service organization.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be available to work 5 days per week.
• No prior automotive experience required.

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels.
• Rotating and balancing tires.
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times.
• Providing high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team.
