Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join our Frederick, MD area service centers. No automotive experience is required; we provide paid training and a guaranteed hourly wage plus eligible weekly bonuses up to $800 during the introductory period.

You'll install tires, rotate and balance wheels, perform flat repairs, and uphold safety procedures as part of a fast-paced team. Join the nation's largest automotive service network and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.
• No prior automotive experience required.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels.
• Rotate and balance tires.

• Follow established safety and service procedures.
• Help meet customer‑promised delivery times.
