Mavis Tire is seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join our Etna, OH area service centers. No experience is needed, as we provide paid training and a guaranteed weekly bonus program during the introductory period that can total up to $800.

You will install tires, perform rotations and repairs, and assist customers while earning a competitive base rate. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No EXPERIENCE NEEDED; PAID TRAINING provided.
• Willing to learn proven processes and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work 5 days per week and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels and perform rotations, balancing and flat repairs to ensure customer safety.
• Provide high-quality automotive tire service while following established processes.
• Contribute to a fast-paced team environment and maintain a safe, clean work area.
