Mavis Tire is seeking a full-time Automotive Tire Technician at our Springfield, OH area centers. No experience needed; paid training provided. Starting base pay negotiable with guaranteed weekly bonus payments during introductory period, up to $800.

You'll install tires, perform rotations and balancing, and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Eligible candidates must be 18+, legally allowed to work in the U.S., and able to work five days weekly.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Install and service tires and wheels, including rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
• Provide safe, quality automotive tire service to customers.
