Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in the Bay Shore, NY area is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians. No experience is needed; we provide paid training to get you started and learn valuable automotive skills.

As part of the team, you’ll install tires and wheels, rotate and balance tires, and perform flat repairs while following safety procedures. You can earn weekly incentives—guaranteed payments up to $800 during the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be available to work 5 days per week
• No prior automotive experience required

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times
• Providing high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team
