Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join our Hackensack, NJ service centers. No automotive experience is required; we provide paid training and a chance to earn weekly incentive payments up to $800.

As part of the team, you’ll install tires, rotate and balance wheels, and provide fast, safety-focused service while growing with the nation’s largest auto-service network. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer‑promised delivery times
• Providing high‑quality automotive service as part of a fast‑paced team
