Mavis is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians for our Middleburg Heights, OH centers. You will join a growing nationwide tire sales and automotive repair network with state-of-the-art facilities. We offer paid training, a guaranteed base rate, and weekly bonus incentives that can total up to $800 during introductory periods.

To qualify, you must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the United States, and able to work 5 days per week. No experience is needed and base pay is negotiable.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; we’ll train you on our processes.
• Paid training provided to teach tire service and shop procedures.
• You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to teamwork.
• Be reliable, punctual and safety-conscious while learning in a state-of-the-art center.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels; perform rotations, balancing and flat repairs to keep vehicles safe.
• Provide quality service while meeting customer-promised delivery times.
